Pooky, I am so, so happy and greatly relieved to hear your news!

 

It sounds as though things went very well and that the symptoms your wife is experiencing were anticipated...

 

If I may, can I offer one small word of advice? Rest.

 

Having a ruptured brain aneurysm, I cannot tell you how crucial rest was to my recovery. As much as you want to return to normal, whatever that means, you need time to heal. It is all right to say you are tired and when that happens, she should give into that urge. The road may be long but hopefully the worst is behind you both.

 

The sun is shining and there is much to celebrate! Saying a prayer of thanks now.

@Pooky1   Glad to hear the surgery went well.  When I am stressed, I like to clean...keeps my mind focused on the task at hand.  

Your wife will come home to a clean house!
