Thank you for your update. From what you have said, it looks like this are moving along well for you. I am happy that things are going well for you, and you can now at least try to eat.

I am familiar with liquids only, but the ones I had were "clear liquids only". For me, 1 of those was for 17 days of nothing but "apple juice and orange jello". After a few days my only real urge was to have a cup of coffee(not on the clear list), and I am only a 1 cup a day guy. On a rare day, maybe 2.

@ccassaday, so glad you are finally done with your initial surgery and are recovering well.  Now that you've had the first surgery and know what to expect, the next one should be much easier.
