@cheriere : Thank you. I appreciate the information. I also keep gas x and amodium ad( sp) or generic brand. 

I have reduced certain foods . The sweet onions are better for me but use less. I love tomato and the sauce but have reduced the amount used. We just have to experiment and do the best possible. I have kept so many journals on eating  , new medication and whatever to see what triggers what. I know the side effects of consuming too much chocolate, but   this girl needs her chocolate . 

So far the over the counter , probiotic has made  a difference.

@SouthernBee   Thank you so much for the kind words and prayers❤️.  Believe me, I need all I can get sometimes.  I'll likewise keep you in mine.  I also really like your idea about a food journal to find out what's triggering.  I think that's something I should start doing as well.  It could really save me from a lot of unnecessary swelling and pain.  Thanks for letting me know about that. 😊❤️💕

My daughter and I take these after trying many. They don't upset or irritate and actually seem to do some good. They are expensive but many online stores have them-Amazon, Target, Walmart for about $25-

I am also alergic to sulfer..and need to avoid meds, ,etc.

 I  am  recently experiencing  bloating,pain and bad gas pains..and taking Gas Relief  brand from Dollar General store..and it helps me.

I will be ordering this new probiotic  soon  that @on the bay posted to you.
