I received a debit Visa card in the mail today for $250. It is called a Flex Card.. It is to cover out of pocket expenses for dental, vision and hearing. It is available the beginning of 2023. If you need to pay for a visit your coverage doesn't pay in full, you can use the card. I live in Kentucky. I thought this was a great benefit.

@elated That's a nice perk. Unfortunately, my UHC Advantage Plan doesn't not include a Visa card. However, I've never had to pay a cent in copays or deductibles so I'm not complaining.

Haven't seen a Visa card, but we have UHC Advantage for several years now. Weigh the options every enrollment period and theirs seems to be the best for us. Will keep checking the mail for our $$$. 🙂

Our Blue Cross plan has had this for the last 2 years: For certain designated health activities, you receive a gift card of varying amounts.

My Annual Checkup, mammogram, flu shot, and email: $80. To do yet: exercise visit or virtual.

The monthly premium keeps going down a few dollars each year and this year the elimination of charges for Tier One meds. Other reductions continue. It serves our needs best.

For 2023 my Humana Advantage Plan will be giving a $1500 annual allowance on a prepaid card to use toward out of pocket costs for dental, vision or hearing services.

Beautiful cat. We have had 3 of them over the years. Are present Calico is a kitten just 10 weeks old. All really like to be around people, and love our laps.

I have UHC advantage plan but have recieved no flex card. DH has Aetna advantage plan and got a $500 debit card to be used for heating bills this winter. Just the card and one sentence about what it was for. It came at the end of September. Are mid-term elections great, or what?
