Need to get some for my mom, so I wanted to get some input from others on what to get! Which one? Brands? I'm supposed to get at least 100 mg for her. And she is VERY over 60! LOL!!

Ubinquinol 100mg softgel - 2x daily

I've read that you should start out with 200mg daily and then back off to 100 mg. Because I'm overweight, I continue to take one softgel in the AM and one in the PM.

Thanks! Unfortunately there isn't a TJ's within 200 miles of me! From what I've read that's a good price!

I take 50 mg daily if Ubiquinol, but I do not take statins. I buy mine from Puritans Pride website.
