Supplements are indeed regulated by the FDA as food, not as drugs.

Some people say they don't trust the FDA. If so, then what other credible institution(s) can be trusted when it comes to food and drug consumer safety?

@pupwhipped I, also, was taking Qunol Turmeric and it seemed to help with my achy knees. I started having digestive issues so I looked in to the few supplements I was taking. I could have kicked myself because right on the side of the bottle was a disclaimer regarding its use with a gallbladder condition which I've had for years (I don't have any symptoms). I stopped taking it.
