My treadmill is no longer working and I was researching a good piece of equipment for low impact work outs that will help with osteopenia and discovered that trampolines (or rebounders) are a great form of exercise and are recommended by the show The Doctors. I was at Aldi's today and they had 2 mini trampolines on sale for 23.00 and it even included a balance bar so I grabbed one, brought it home and tried it out. It was actually a lot of fun and I got a great cardio workout! The doctors claim that 10 minutes on a trampoline are like 30 minutes on a treadmill. I'm going to use it every day and see if my bone density test will improve in 6 months. Anybody else out there do any rebounding for exercise? Reva
