Total Gym????

I bought my Total Gym a few years ago and did not get the ab attachment or the DVD's. Does anyone know if the Q sells the attachments? I see you can get the DVD's off the Total Gym website, but could not find the attachments...would appreciate any help.

Had my TG 2000 for over 20 years now. No attachments and there is not an abdominal exercise that I cannot do on this machine. It takes some improvisation, but one can work the lower/upper and oblique muscle groups without an attachment.

Don't know what attachment this is or how it works. There are only so many ways one can isolate a particular abdominal muscle or work all the "core muscles" simultaneously. I personally prefer specificity when doing any body part exercise. Takes a lot longer but for me it is what works the best.

Hopefully someone here can help you find this attachment if that is what you think will work for you.
