I have lost 60 pounds by eating better, smaller portions and walking. Lots of walking. I try and do five miles a day. I do get at least five days at five miles. I bought the Total Gym. Man, that machine can kick your butt.
I am on beginner mode still. I do that arm pull ups, up on second heigth, and the leg pulls, first level and only get 30 of those out. I have not lost weight but do feel my clothing fitting a tiny bit better. Is it reasonable to assume that the Total Gym is doing this? Thanks!
