Torn meniscus...lower bac pain on one side.

I have torn meniscus and both knees lock up and they have been hurting alot lately. Cortizone shot didnt help at all and I think it made it worse. Could that be whats causing my lower hip/back on the right side pain?

What can happen if you dont get the tear fixed?
