After much debate, I purchased an Aeropilates Performer XP297 from Craigslist for $100 and very excited. It is a three band model and does have the rebounder attachment with it. No instructions though on making adjustments to the rope attachment and hoping I can write for them or find online.
I really don't have room for one but this model is not that heavy and does fold up to the center so I can stand it in my dressing room when not in use.
With summer coming to and end and not liking working out in a publice environment, though I do belong to a gym and take a water aerobic class twice a week, I am hoping the Pilates will be my new pass time.
It came with 4 DVDs and a large poster picturing differenct positions (some looking quite dangerous for this 58 year old body!) but any tips on starting out slowing and ways to get used to this type of exercise would be appreciated.
