Tingling and pain in fingers-anyone

If so what do you do? Aleve doesn't help. Doctor told me to get an xray of my neck for that can be the trouble. Haven't heard yet the results. I know I have lower back nerves touching the spine that made the hip at times hurt. I got shots for that and it has helped but now pain goes down below the knee.
