I appreciate all the information and true-life examples supplied by sidsmon and hckynt John. Very inspirational! I hope it is helping someone to try a plant based lifestyle. BTW: Penzeys has free shipping with a $20 order this weekend-stock up on their ground turmeric! It's nature's anti-inflammatory.

Once I saw "the point" mentioned in this thread, I posted at least 2 other pretty inclusive ones about how/what and why I eat my food program.  

 

Most posters are very thoughtful and nice to my wife and myself and it does not go unappreciated. What I said in my 1st post in this thread I expanded greatly after asking that question.
