@chrystaltree , I have mine on carpeting and there is no floor vibration. It's very surdy and you don't have to worry about it vibrating or moving at all. Mine has little wheels on one side where you can move it.
And it's easy to set up. All you have to do is plug it in and turn it on. And attach the stretch bands if you want to use them. I can pick mine up, weighing maybe 35 or 40 lbs.

Mine is on carpet too. There's no sound at all. I love the Bluetooth feature, I listen to music while I'm on it. I keep it in my bedroom but it's easy to move around via the wheels on the end. No bands, Mine came with hands weights which is better for me since I use it seated. I like the one I have because it's much wider than some of the others I have seen.

i suggest going to Azon and look at Lifepro Turbo. that's what i have. it's helped my sore back, sore ankle-just sitting on chair with feet on platform. Read the reviews. The one offered on the Q will probably have many of the comments, on health improvements. It's not the be all end all but i like it. Mine suggests using 3x day for 10mins per time. Hsn also has one that people like.

So you can use these things sitting down? Sounds interesting, and I'm always looking for things to help with sleep. Does it help with muscle tension as well?
