Re: The MIRROR fitness device

@Teddie Confession is good for the soul! Smiley LOL

I just thought you were one tough cookie! ha! I do know gals who can carry 50 pounds on their back, so didn't think one thing about whether your numbers were right or wrong.

Maybe if you get the fitness mirror, you could work your way up to hoisting those 40-pound salt bags with one hand! Heart

The NYT calls the Mirror

"The Most Narcissistic Exercise Equipment Ever".

It's not something I would need or buy. Seems there could be some potential privacy issues, too...it's wi-fi.

Re: The MIRROR fitness device

LOL....well first of all way too expensive for me!  And privacy issues although you could be careful about what room you placed it in.  Narcissistic yeah I can see that.  But in its defense correct form is really important when working with free weights, pilates etc.  One reason why people pay for a personal trainer or a small class size so they can get correction from an instuctor. So I can understand the value of being able to get real time feed back on your form while working at home.  I said in the privacy of your home, but this device is not really private!  Not for me but it is an interesting concept!

A friend of mine has it.  She loves it.

It's not for everyone...

Oh, no.  I was mostly curious.  Even if I wanted to spend the money, @World Traveler , I know I wouldn't use it enough to justify the cost.

Cool idea, though.  I admire inventive people!
