The Couple That Never Ate

[ Edited ]

Does anyone remember a news story from several years ago about a couple who claimed not to eat? I think they even had some children who were given just a little food. I'm just wondering if that story was debunked. The whole situation seemed unbelievable to me.

Of course it was fake.

Yes @phoenixbrd , I pulled up the article and that is the term they used. A nutritionist said they would be weak and unhealthy if they only had an occasional piece of fruit and sip of broth, but then again, people fast for unusually long periods of time. I think I might have fell for their story if they said they drank a lot of water.

Yes, I remember it.  Of course, it was a fake story.  A silly one at that.
