@northiie57 - I have found that many different types of tea have extraordinary health benefits for me and my family. I love green tea, black tea, and herbal teas (chai, basil, ginger, chamomile, in particular).

Re: Tea benefits

I am drinking more tea. I saw Tea Forte teas on QVC but ordered directly from the company's website. I use the loose teas. I especially like the Chamomile Citron herbal tea. You can actually see the chamomile dried flower heads.

I just cleaned and purged my tea closet last weekend!  I have found over the many years my favorites and most used are Fortnum and Mason teas.  I order them from England in a batch every other year.  It's cheaper that way.

I like Harney iced teas, but think some of their other teas are not as good now as they used to be.  Taylor's of Harrogate makes good tea, Yorkshire Tea is good and Upton Tea sells wonderful teas from around the world.

Also, they are expensive but Forlife tea mugs and pots are great for loose tea.  Especially those little glass Bola ones--they don't drip!

I like a number of teas but kinda got out of the habit. I drink coffee more often these days.  Yesterday I received a delivery from HSN and inside the box was three teabag samples of Lessman Peppermint Sencha Green Tea.  I made a cup this morning with hot water from my coffeemaker.  I don't have a clue as to what Sencha is, but the tea was very good.

I make a big batch of citrus iced green tea every Monday and I drink it everyday. Delicious 🙂

Sencha and Matcha are green teas with lots of good benefits, my DH drinks these daily.  You notice green tea in many skin care products too.

Thanks @Shelbelle. I know "green tea" - I drink it and it's in some of my skincare.  I have also heard of Matcha.  I just never heard of Sencha.
