Taste of Home "GuiltFree Cooking"&"ComfortFood Diet"Cookbooks

Anyone have either of these cookbooks?! They are a pretty good deal right now. I looked at the reviews. All 3 gave it 5 stars BUT....of the 3 reviews, one person used to work for Taste of Home, one said that they hadn't used any of the recipes, and the 3rd one did say that they liked it. Just looking for real opinions of the recipes in these books.
