I've read a lot about how tart cherries are supposed to help with insomnia and would very much like to try this natural remedy as opposed to taking pills. Rather than eating them, I would like to get either tart cherry juice or tart cherry concentrate.
To help me decide which to buy, I would really appreciate it if any of you out there could answer the following questions for me. (1) Which is more expensive--juice or concentrate? (2) Does one form have greater benefits over the other? (3) What are some good brands to buy? (4) And, most important since I'm a diabetic, which form has fewer grams of sugar per serving?
Thanks ahead of time for any help with this. I'm really desperate for a good night's sleep and am hoping that the tart cherries will help.
