Very VERY interesting about the sorbitol and xylitol. 

I take two triple strength caps at night and I think it helps with aches and pains AND helps me sleep.

 

No digestive problems for me YET.

I take the capsules also.....one at night helps with joint/muscle issues and also improves my sleep.  I have the Swansons Vitamins brand.

I use the Dynamic Health brand from Amazon, organic, nothing added. It is only Tart Cherry juice, no sorbitol or xylitol which upset my stomach, too. Love to drink it on ice, tasty.
