NO! Absolutely NO WAY.  Ingestion of H2O2 can cause the formation of arterial gas emboli  as well as cerebral embolism (may be fatal).  Just not a wise thing to take internally...at all.

Apparently some people are doing this as part of a home remedy to cleanse their colon and improve blood oxygenation. It is not a good idea!  There is no scientific proof that it works.

Isn't there some fad now with drinking super oxygenated water?  Is this similar to that?

It’s a dangerous, crazy idea.

Dr Oz addressed this issue on his show the other day.  I only caught the tail end so I don't have the details, but he's completely against the idea.

Dr Oz had this topic on last week or two. They say Absolutely NEVER do this!! Not even with what is called Food Grade.   It is dangerous and you can end up in the Hospital.
