@SeaMaiden I put flax seed in my yogurt most mornings, but not for triglycerides.  It keeps things moving.

You don’t need a supplement. Just remove/reduce processed foods, sugars, and vegetable oils from your diet.

@willdob3   I don't eat processed foods, sugar, but do intake extra virgin olive oil, and won't do without that.  the body need some fat, and that is the fat of choice.  I am well versed on what good and bad foods are, but sometimes, one has a tendency toward certain issues.
