I have been using Acquafor faithfully for 6 weeks and now that I am down to 2 more treatments I would like to use something less greasy on my skin.  Has anyone used Josie's argon oil or First AId Beauty cream?  I will check with my medical team but wondered if anyone has used these.

I believe my team recommended Aveeno cream.

My radiation oncologist did not recommend any particular lotion; just told me to moisturize the area.  I used Aveeno and when I went for my checkup a year later he was very pleased with the condition of my skin.  I no longer see him but to this day still use Aveeno after my bath.  I finished radiation almost 7 years ago.

@poidog   I have been using Aveeno's hand moisturizer in the pump bottle and I love it.  Soaks in well and not greasy.

Have you ever heard of Theraplex? It has only 3 ingredients (the extra emollient). One of the ingredients disappears quickly leaving behind the portion that fills in cracks, etc. 

The ped recommended it for our DGS (infant) for his terrible eczema. 

After reading reviews on A, I purchased some for extremely chapped lips ( a problem). There is also an exfoliating cleanser for a very reasonable price. HTH

Dont buy radiation cream-its just aloe vera gel. I used Josie Moran cream and healed just fine after 40 rad treatments.

@Big Sister   I use the Daily Moisturizing Lotion in the pump bottle.  It's the only thing I've ever used since my radiation finished.  It also soaks in well and definitely not greasy.

When I had radiation they recommended calendula cream. I got the sunburn but never blistered.
