Hi Everyone,
I have done many DVDs over the years, including Leslie Sansone, Jillian Michaels, Chris Frietag, etc., but I'd like some suggestions for something new. I have been an on-again off-again exerciser for my entire life. But I'm proud to say that since November of this year I have been working exercise into my day consistently. That said, I have much weight to lose still. I go to the gym 4-6x/week and I take a Zumba class 1x/week. I'd like something as an option for when I can't get to the gym.
In the past I've enjoyed kick-boxing videos, and now I really love Zumba. I do elliptical, treadmill, and machine weights at the gym. My fitness level is much improved, but still not great, of course. So I hope this information might help with suggestions.
