@butterfly123 , I use a brand called Nature's Truth. I buy it at Sam's but it's probably available elsewhere. The label says "Superior Absorption Buffered" Magnesium Glycinate.  The directions say take one capsule with food 3X a day. It's recommended to support overall wellness. I take one 665 MG tablet per evening to help me sleep.
