Suggestions Please. Bath Mat For Inside The Bathtub

I would like either a one or two piece cushioned mat for the entire tub including where my back rests. Preferably non slip and suction cups on the bottom.

 

I have had two softball cysts removed from the tailbone area and need the extra padding.
