A couple of weeks ago a poster recommended Built Protein Bars. I ordered the sample box.I love it.My favorite is the chocolate. It was just what I was looking for. It’s filling & is only 110 calories per bar.I don’t remember the poster but thank you!!
Now I’m looking for a good quality protein shake.I don’t mind mixing it myself or adding skim milk.Any suggestions? Thank you.

People in my WW facebook page like Premier Protein, pre made shakes

All the shakes I've tried have a medicinal taste, like vitamins. Can't stand that taste.

@NicksmomESQ This one below is my favorite! Delicious in Strawberry! You can find where to buy it on the ensure dot com website; I buy it at Walgreens. When I'm on the go over at my Mom's for the entire day, I bring one of these shakes + belVita biscuits in either Cranberry Orange or Chocolate. Shake it up and it's very yummy, plus I'm not hungry in the afternoon!
There are other Ensure shakes with more calories, so make sure you look for the one with 160 calories and 16g of protein. It also comes in Milk Chocolate and Vanilla. Good luck!

The one I like doesn't call for protein powder but I add it.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cranberries
1/2 banana, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
3/4 cup coconut water
1/2 TBSP chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
ice if needed
261 calories
3 gr. fat, 297 mg sodium,2095 mg. potassium, 51 gr. carbs, 14 gr. fiber, 29 gr. sugar
(This is the data without protein powder)

This recipe looks good!
I’m surprised in this day/age of everyone wanting gluten-free,
grass-fed, free-range, organic this & that....that a processed food
is easily downed without second thought.
Pre-made shakes (and bars) are processed foods.
Fresh is always best👍

I usually make my own using a 1/2 cup of greek yogurt as the source of protien.
