“Sugar Feeds Cancer” is not a correct statement.
What doesn’t “feed cancer?”
Lots & lots of fiber, vegetables, fruit, starches, legumes in whole form.
Stunning to see the public so misinformed.
Glucose is something our bodies NEED.

Not letting this interfere with my life. Every day there’s another negative to what we eat, drink, breathe, touch, so at this point I just really don’t care what the latest study says.

Only if one is sick being insulin resistant.
If a person is healthy & insulin sensitive, the body can accept
the glucose without issues.
Fat is what causes the cells to be insulin resistant.
Remove the fat & the body will work in a healthy manner.
The human body needs glucose.

@rms1954 I am really picky. I tend to eat the same foods.... over and over. fresh greens, lots of salad. Only steam my food when cooking. Salmon, occasionally chicken breast no salt cottage cheese....somedays days I eat plant based with just nuts for protein, I enjoy a low carb bread that has no sugar. Homemade soup too.
I also enjoy warmed up unsweetened chocolate almond milk that I add coffee and powdered medicinal mushrooms and a dash of vanilla stevia.
I am sure this would not work for many. It works for me🙂

The real problem is carbs and sugar is a carbohydrate. There is an abundance of evidence that proves this.... I feel sorry for folks who still actually believe that fat is the culprit. Fats do not hurt you; sugar and carbs will kill you.
