If it's only sugar and bread that aren't your friends then count your blessings. Things that are not my friends: sugar, wheat, dairy, soy, grains of any kind, preservatives, additives, and processed foods. I had to earn to eat all fresh, natural and unprocessed. It wasn't easy.

So how do yall suppress your cravings for sugar and bread (carbs). I do good for a few days then it seems like I just eat lke a jail break!

I like it too much and it is too easy to snack on. Ate an entire loaf of good quality bread in a day and a half.
