I'm suffering too but tell my friend dmod, she's a Yankee fan. {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I don't like Citi field, It's sooooooooooo expensive.

I doesn't have to be. We park outside the stadium for free, if we are going to eat, we eat at McFadden's on the way in, prices are very reasonable, or we bring our own stuff, and we had $5 tickets to the Friday night game, got a free t-shirt and free drink with a purchase of popcorn.

I used to park outside the stadium until my 'light bulb' moment- the side streets are all chop shops! Be sure to drive a car to Citifield that isn't 'popular' !!! {#emotions_dlg.lol} Last car I parked outside the stadium was a Saturn- there were a few times the interior of my car was 'altered' (rap music on my radio for instance!), but the car was still intact.

I also go for any of the discounted plans- avoid the concessions, bring in whatever food/drinks they allow, etc. A backpack on wheels is very handy! I think most MLB ballparks are overpriced and costly. It isn't just Citifield.

I also parked on the streets at Yankee Stadium back in the 1980's- a Plymouth Horizon. Not a problem, no one wanted it! {#emotions_dlg.lol}

{#emotions_dlg.laugh} When he was with the Red Sox, I nicknamed him....Crazy Paps, cause he is crazy.

He is arrogant, nasty and not all he thinks he is.

He blew leads with the Sox too. Now that, I didn't mind. {#emotions_dlg.devil2} As a Yankee fan, that helped my team. Smiley Happy

I'm sorry your team is stuck with him. Smiley Sad

I'm so happy that Paplebum is no longer with the Red Sox. My cousin used to pitch for the Sox In 2004-20005 and I met most of the players after the games. One day they were playing the Yankees (yikes, I am not a fan) and before the game I went down in back of the dugout and asked Paplebum to tell my cousin to come out. He was bringing out every member of the team except for my cousin and was laughing his head off, that was until Big Papi smacked him around and told me he would get my cousin. He is a crazy guy with a huge ego and Papi is just the opposite, he's the greatest guy you could ever meet.

Amazing how some of the guys remain 'real' - and some think they're God's gift! I've been to several Spring Training seasons and have seen so much - with current players and long retired ones as well! (Sandy Koufax )

Ike Davis got traded last night, I will kind of miss him. It seems the Mets organization soured on him and preferred Lucas Duda instead. Hopefully Ike gets to play more for his new team the Pirates. I just hope this move won't be looked on in the future as a BIG mistake!
