I worked in surgical training and never heard of this company. Can't tell you how many major - excellent - vendors providing surgical hardware for our patients I worked with and handled their products. We never had a "B" rated company on our premises. Never.

Prior to having a spinal fusion in Dec of 2012, I asked my surgeon which company he was working with and which rep would be providing the hardware "kit," which included "tools." My surgeon knew what my job encompassed and shared info with me. In turn, I was able to contact the vendor/hardware company to chat about the hardware. I saw these people anyway for training in ortho spine and neuro spine and was fortunate to work in this field.
