I found an old thread but didn't think I should resurrect it.

It took a few tries, but I figured it out. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

I really think this will get rid of the wiggle on the back of my arms.

I hope it's still working for others.

I just received mine last week & I really like it. It took me about 15 minutes to get the hang of it. I was getting so aggravated & frustrated that I was ready to send it back.....then it suddenly clicked for me & I've been using it daily since.

Isometrics work just as well, and require NO special equipment! {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

I love mine also! I had been using free weights but had a rotator cuff injury about a year ago. The free weights then caused pain when I tried to work out my arms and I remembered my Spin Gym. I could work out both arms with no stress on the injured cuff. I am healed now and still using my Spin Gym.

Haven't used the "spin gym" but from what I have read on this forum it takes some longer than others to master it's use. Another piece of equipment I think relates to the same thing and that is the Body Blade.

In a recent thread about this piece of equipment many said the same things about it being aggravated trying to get the hang of doing it easily. I have the big blade and also a pair of the smaller blades and they work exactly the way I expected them to work. It took me awhile before it became effortless for me, but while I can use it smoothly it still works the muscle group I have isolated with certain movements.

Was wonder about the "string or whatever it is on which it spins" has a warranty and what can be done if it breaks? I am assuming it has some form of nylon or other form of polymer to strengthen it.

Mine came with extra strings. Haven't needed to use any yet. Also, extras can be ordered from HSN.
