Does anyone have this gizmo sold on HSN? I just got one as I thought it would be a perfect, lightweight accessory to travel with & work out my arms. However, I am having trouble getting the hang of it, particularly getting the little disc in the middle to spin. You're supposed to wind it up by holding the rings on the ends and twirling it. Is there a learning curve? I can't seem to get the hang of it. Any tips? TIA.
