@BunSnoop  Maybe I am wrong. Nothing in the formula is bad or dangerous...fiber,things for blood sugar and for carb digestion. Take it as directions say.  With the proper diet and calorie intake maybe it will motivate you to stick with the healthy eating plan.

The ingredients are not unique to that product. Most of these products come with a suggestion that it can help with weight loss when following a proper diet and exercise.
