All is healing well, restrictions lifted, maybe I can think about sleeping in my bed instead of the recliner, have to ease up to that.
Things are looking up, I need to calm down a bit and figure out how to sleep better

How nice to have hip precautions lifted. I often suggest trying naps or short rests in bed during the day, to help you feel more comfortable with it.

My sister, had hip replacement surgery at the end of August and is doing well. She is able to clean and do things that gave her pain before the surgery. As far as sleeping , she too had trouble for awhile but not too long ago she finally adjusted to her bed and starting to sleep soundly. It took time and it will for you also but you ill get through it and be comfortable in bed and get the sleep you need.
I know everyone is different as far as time and healing are concerned and I mentioned my sister as you both are on a similar health journey.
Be well and safe and Happy Thanksgiving.

"Restrictions lifted"! Those words were/are always music to my ears. That to me always meant the chances of it being reinjured are very minimal. Now how I move forward is strictly up to me.
Don't know if you view those words the same as I always do, but if nothing else they should be reassuring. Now it's up to you.

Thank you and It has been up to me to get to this point, I navigated the doctors office which was a large space
with a walker where as I was in a wheelchair at my one week appt.
I am happy with the way I am heaiing and need to deal with my sleep issue, whcih is daunting at time

You are doing great. Best wishes for your continued improvement. Sounds like you are working your way very close to getting in that bed again.
