Does anyone else get constipated from MCPs? ...and yes I do eat plenty of fiber, but still it's terrible constipation.

I just started taking it for arthritis and have the same issue. I decided to split the amount I take (mix w/hot beverage) into two doses. Eat prunes and drink LOTS of water.

I use two scoops in my coffee daily, but no side affects at all.
Maybe you are just sensitive to the ingredients. It might not affect me, but it obviously is a problem for you.
Not sure I'd continue taking it if that was a side affect.

I put one scoop (approx 2.5 grams) into my coffee, too. Then another scoop into my afternoon 'green' drink. My poo looks like deer turds...I know that's graphic but it's true.

Two scoops in my Zero Vitamin Water (lemonade!) .... all is well.
Eat a few apricots!!!! Magic.
Edited to add .... dried apricots.

I believe the supp absorbs a lot of water from the GI track, making everything else become dry. I'm not exactly sure how it does that but my stools are like hard marbles...not good. I'm going to cut back on the dose and see what happens.

1 scoop every morning since the debut and no issues.
I used to mix it with water, flavored water, juice and now I mix it with a shot of coffee and MCT oil and some coconut cream and drink it as a shot.

Same here....in fact both the Marine and the bovine collagen have the effect on me of loose stools.
Try putting MCT oil in with it....and a strong cup of coffee in the morning....that would really have me in the potty!
It is so odd how the exact same product can have such different effects on all of us.
