@Shelbelle, vitamin advice, please

Hi, Shelbelle,

Since I learned so much about Turmeric from you, I'm hoping  you would share your recommendations for multivitamins for women over 50. I have  been taking the Andrew Lessman multi, and wondere if there is a better product.

Thank you.

Hello to you too. I dont buy Lessman porducts, I find them to be way over rated, just my two cents. When it comes to a daily multi vitamin supplement, I keep it very simple. I buy Equate brand , the Walmart store brand, equivalent to Centrum Silver for a small price. I buy the one marked for Adults over 50, dont differentiate between men and women's formulas, my hubby and I share these. Works for us, like i said I keep this one very simple. Thanks so much for trusting me, Shel

I was taking that Equate 50+ multivit then stopped. I think there are things in it that I don't need. I decided my diet is good enough.

My husband and I also take this.

This type has been recommended to us by more than one type of health care provider over the years.

If you sign up for the CVS Carepass membership,

vitamins are part of the benefits:

1. Membership Fee is $5/monthly

In return, you get:

2. $10 in Extra Bucks to spend on anything

3. %20 off CVS BRAND VITAMINS and other health products

4. Free shipping on many products

5. tons of really good coupons, such as %25, %30 or%40 OFF any

non-sale item, (priced up to $99!)

6. Many other $1-2-3-4-5 OFF coupons on various products.

I recently bought a small television , priced at $99, and paid approximately

$66 using the %40 off coupon.

*I do not work for CVS*

And CVS does INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY LAB TESTING ON ALL

VITAMINS/SUPPLEMENTS THEY SELL, to verify purity and authenticity.

They usually rotate BOGOs on the most popular vitamin brands too.
