The ingredient list is impressive and the claims are that you don't need any other supplementation. But there are other products which make similar claims, who knows....If they were on Amazon or any other retail stores I would have been more regular. I love a good sale, who doesn't? With Shakeology, you are restricted to purchasing direct.

You can try samples for 19.95 on their site or through Ebay. My threshold is very high, so I can gulp anything down. I am currently finishing up Vitamineral green, tastes like grass. Shakeology is definitely better tasting than the Vitamineral green but has the chalky taste like all protein drinks no matter what you mix in it. I have also tried 'raw meal' in Chocolate & Chai flavors, decent if you can ignore the chalky taste.

The ingredients in Shakeology come from all over the world not just one particular area, so the best of the best is in it and you mentioned FLGators you don't need to supplement with anything else. Shakeology will never be any lower in price because of the ingredients and what it takes to make it. There are Challenge Packs offered that you can get a program and Shakeology together and it's like getting it for about $10.00 or so.

What type of protein are you using for your shakes? With Shakeology Vegan formulas it's a brown rice which takes longer to absorb and it can be a little chalky. The best thing is to blend the heck out of it, let it sit for a bit and blend some more. There are great recipes as well so that you're never drinking the same shake twice and that will help with the taste as well. The other formulas aren't like that though.

Hi Everyone, I am on the fence about Shakeology, whether to purchase it or not. I have visited so many sites to get feedback on the different meal replacements out there that my eyes hurt.

Things that may make me possibly look away are: the horror stories of trying to cancel auto delivery if this is not something that I want.I know about the 30 day guarantee but, I read where folks had a hard time receiving their reimbursements back as well.

Also, the BB Coaches (sorry, not to offend) are sometimes defensive and THAT is a turnoff. To be honest I did not even know that some were coaches when I was reading the reviews; I thought that they were just folks who bought and enjoyed the shakes.

Some of us look to these reviews for feedback in order to assist with decisions before making the plunge. So, I actually did not think too much about it when folks gave their opinions UNTIL the person would start signaling the person out. Guys, some of the call outs were on Amazon and Rate this Meal Plan (I believe that was the name...I went through SO many) as well as the QVC forums; that is when the person revealed that they were BB Coaches...got nasty.

I do understand about being passionate about the product but, the attacks were tacky and made me SMH. In most cases the person who posted were just stating their opinion and I appreciated that as well as when the other person stated their opinion BUT, I think that the BB Coaches has the most to loose. If they are a reflection of the item that is being discussed and want someone to purchase it; who wants to be associated with someone/item ( I know not fair to the item) when the potential seller/coach "steps away" from promoting the item and is in a "battle" with someone?...and it is ALL in writing via the many post.

On one of the sites one coach trashed another when they did not agree with what he had said in a post to a customer!!!!! Former coaches has come out to "reveal" things about Shakeology...not sure if the claims were true or just a disgruntled worker.

I was looking for a jump start due to my schedule but, meal replacements may not be the way to go.

Thanks for listening!

I had no problem at all canceling my auto-delivery. They didn't try to talk me out of it or anything. No charges after the cancellation.

I don't think you have to have a coach. I happen to like mine. Beachbody ""assigned"" a coach to me when I made a purchase (I think) but I found a coach that I wanted and made a switch.

That is actually good to know. I have been reading reviews for the past 4 days and my head was spinning. Is there a favorite shake that you enjoy?

I was going to ask what was your favorite shake...I see it posted at the end.

Never tried shakeology, but Jay Robb whey protein is great quality. The Jay Robb egg white protein is horrible. Good luck finding something you enjoy.

you're welcome movieitgirl I like greenberry best, then chocolate. When I was on auto delivery they alternated the two flavors.
