[I am still oxox]

Mine have been so bad for the last few days. I am away from home while my home is being renovated, sleeping with a down quilt and on god knows what. I woke up at 5 30 so very congested. I am counting the days until I go home. I take an oral antihistamine, Breo for my breathing, Azrlestine and Flonase nose sprays. Between the heat and humidity breathing is a chore for me these days.

I almost started an ALLERGY post.

For 8 weeks I have been going through aka allergies, asthma, bronchitis 

Whatever  Doctored twice. 

Steroids

ADVAIR

Nebulizer 

Breathing has become  on certain days harsh and I can't go out because of the air quality

Feel better I am working on it getting home Friday to my own bed should help a lot

@I am still oxox Hope you get back home soon.  I am allergic to down pillows and if they are in a hotel room, I throw towels over them to sleep at night. 

I'm on the tail end of covid and I'm so tired of not being able to breathe thru my nose and having a sore throat...........at least the headache isn't as bad. UGH

@I am still oxox @It has been a rough allergy season for sure! When I stay in hotels I request a bed without down.  Many times there is a note in the room telling me that my request has been accommodated.

I have had issues too, and was on antibiotics cause I couldn't clear my sinuses and constant post nasal drip but I am also sleeping with with down pillows which yesterday I just bought new pillows and am going to try that. I have been waking very stuffy.  I am hoping this could be making the situation worse and that it will help clear up.

Do allergies plug up your ears?  My husband thinks that is why his ears are plugged...he has an ENT appt in the morning.  Can't some to soon, he is very buggy.
