I am NOT looking for medical advice....just friendly opinions.........Smiley Happy

I was at the doctor for my annual exam at the end of December and we figured out that I have tendonitus in my right wrist. She gave me some advice on how to work with it or she would schedule some therapy treatments, which I really did not want to do. Last Friday afternoon, I was playing with my young grandson and we were giving each other big hugs and he moved suddenly and my wrist moved as I had not planned and the pain was excrutiating for a long time. That is the best way to explain it. My husband can see that it is swollen. I have been wearing a wrist wrap whenever I can, but not ALL day. Now tonight I did something and my wrist moved again and the pain just is not going away. It is soooo tender around my inner wrist bone and the pain is going up my thumb. Is this still tendonitis? I cannot put the wrist wrap on as the pressure does not feel good right now as it MAKES it hurt. Keep resting it? Aspirin?
