@chrystaltree Congratulations on your hard earned weight loss.I try to think of my body as a priceless piece of machinery that I must maintain at peak running condition or it will let me down...that cupcake only tastes good for a minute but what it is doing to your body will take hours of extra work to get rid of.I tell myself that good food makes me strong and healthy...junk food makes me unhealthy.Your body cannot process the calories from junk food as easily as whole foods so more fat is stored...so go ahead and eat those delicious crunchy veggies all day long while your daughter has eaten so many calories in her one cupcake.

That stuff sounds like it will have you "running" in a bad way. I understand your struggle. Perhaps an exercise video for you to do in the privacy of your home might be a way to start. I just cleaned my bedroom today and found two walking exercise videos from Leslie Sansone, who sold them on QVC.
