Roberts complete meal replacement powder from the Q

I haven't seen any reviews of this product so thought I'd share my experience.

Lisa Robertson spoke about this powdered meal replacement on PM Style and it sold out. I was one of the few who got in on the initial order. There are a few reviews and they swing wildly from love to hate.

As for me, I would put myself in the one-star hate category. Here's why:

1. It says use two scoops but no scoop is provided. This majorly implacts the calorie count as a 'scoop' is pretty much open to interpretation.

2. It says mix with your favorite beverage. My favorite beverage is Diet Coke which would make for one nasty mash-up. It should say use water, milk, soy milk etc.

3. It is high in calories and from reading reviews users are adding fruits, milk etc which takes this into the 400-500 calorie realm.

4. It is super sweet, pasty and tastes like uncooked flour. It tastes awful with water, soy milk or cow's milk. Nothing made it palatable.

5. Despite the review from Lisa on the item page, I had an upset tummy after drinking the stuff (I mixed it with non-fat milk).

So, mine is going back. You might want to save your $$$$.
