He or someone who runs his YouTube channel has put tons of content in the last months. He wants people to keep their health during the virus. So many of his old videos. I can't do them like I used too. The knee doesn't lift high, the arms doesn't reach and I can't bend like I used too. I basically stand in place and do the moves lightly but I enjoy his banter and the music.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

I have his exercise videos that I bought from his website. They are very good workouts.

I loved the workout with the elastic bands with handles.  I cannot remember the name of it, but I still have it.  I used to do sweating to the oldies using my step.  Have his deal a meal set too.  Use it in conjunction with my weight watchers to maintain my weight.

I miss seeing Richard and hope he is healthy and happy!

I was used to going four times a week to my local seniior center for Senior Fit exercises.  Since then, I've found a couple of great options on YouTube after searching for senior exercise programs.  I now do my exercises in my kitchen, while watching the birds feeding at my deck feeders.  Not quite the same, as I miss the comradarie, but a viable substitute

I was just wondering about him.

Is he still alive?

I know he was house bound, but nothing has been mentioned about him in years.

I loved him <3

Hey, as long as it keeps people moving it's great. Doubt anyone here can do "what they used to do".  Fact there was a whole thread about "I used to", at least if not a thread, it was talked about a lot

I say "keep on keeping on", been using that one for decades. Nice thread you started.
