Kidde combination carbon dioxide and smoke alarms are being recalled. They are recalled because they may fail to alert. There are 226,000 alarms affected. They were sold between May 2019 and September of 2020 at various retailers including Walmart and Home Depot. The alarms have logos that read either Trusense or AMBER=FAULT printed on them. The models are 2040, 2050, 2060 and 2070. Customers can contact Kidde for another one for free. The company has a website just for getting your replacement. Replacement website here.
