@Catiele  I bought Johnsons Baby Powder with the Yellow label on front.  It is medicated with zinc oxide in it and very soothing.  Helps calm the itch.  I know mine is a heat rash now but it is still hard to get rid of for me.

Heat rash is usually from a fungus, like the fungus that causes athlete's foot.  Go buy some Lamasil cream, its where they sell the Dr.Scholl's stuff.  Under the breast is your first clue this is what it might be.

I sometimes feel like the queen of rashes, lol. I had a bad rash many years ago. My doctor suggested Domeboro OTC to soothe the itch. I also had a cortisone cream to use. The other day it was warm and humid here and my chest started itching. My ex has been borrowing my car, so I had to make do till the next day. I used vagisil on my chest. It worked fantastic. No rash the next morning.

I am so sick of this rash.  I believe I was allergic to a new dusting powder I purchased from the Vermont Country Store.  Because where the rash is appearing is where I applied the powder.  However, not everywhere.  I used zinc oxide on it, took Benadryl, anti-itch cream because sometimes it itches and not everywhere.  It is completely strange.  However it is going on 3 weeks having this.  I wonder because I inject a drug to suppress my immune system is stopping me from healing faster.  I sent my dr. an email so I will probably hear something back on Mon or Tues. asking her if she needs to see me or would she directly send me to a Dermatologist?  I am so sick of the itching and having to apply the zinc oxide.  Oh, I also medicated baby powder with zinc oxide.  Have you ever had a rash that sounds like this that is difficult to treat?  Cat Happy

Just a suggestion. Write down the ingredients in the powder and keep this so you can avoid contact with the offending ingredient or ingredients in the future.
