You local health department may offer them also. I am surprised there isn't local outpatient pharmacy attached to your local hospitals.  I'm sure if you look you can find a travel clinic. You might find one that is operated near your local university.

We got our flu shots in Oct and wasn't planning on getting the RSV shot but our PCP advised that we should, got ours in Nov at CVS.

@Franklinbell I have lived in the ara for 20 years never heard of a travel clinic. I am not even sure where the health dept is located I will have to look into this thanks. No local universites have anything like that which I am aware of thanks

Call all the pharmacies in your local area and see if they have the vaccine in stock.   Problem easily solved.

The vaccine is not seasonal.   It's available all year.

@webbgarner1 I live in suburban NYC no Publix for miles around I am not even sure there are pharmacies at markets in this area.

RSV vax is one that I don't need. I'm 68 but in good health with no underlying medical conditions that would predispose me to getting severely sick with the virus.

It is not recommended to get the RSV vaccine from February through August.

You'll probably have to wait until next fall.
