I had a herniated disc (C5/C6) and ended up with spinal fusion.  My surgeon said I have some arthritis above and below the fused vertebrae.

They, both are exhausting the heck out of me. I'm waiting for a year to extend out, I will then have Medicare and Humana coverage which will open up availability to a specialist.
