I am new here. I have lung problems and have to quit smoking. I can't find the thread that had the nurse who helps people with her conqueror kit device. Can someone tell me the site to find this at? I need to quit badly. I have tried everything to quit and can't. I feel so bad because my children are little. I know they shouldnt be exposed to smoke and everytime I smoke, then cough even more, their little faces make me feel horrible.

I want to be able to try and quit with an effective elec cig that I can use in the car and not harm them or myself.

I have tried the store bought ones but they didn't help.
