Question for those with Rosacea

I have had Rosacea for many years. I am using the Finacea cream but it leaves my skin so dry. Can anyone suggest a moisturizer that I can use over the Finacea to help with the drying but doesn't make the Rosacea worse? Thank you for any suggestions!!
