Question for anyone taking evening primrose......

if you are taking it for hotflashes,how many did you take,I have been taking two of  andrew lessman evening primrose and positive passage, once in the morning and once at night,still having warm flashes,only been on the primrose for a week.

I started taking it for hot flashes before I stopped using Emerita Pro-Gest. I took Health From The Sun Organic EPO. It has 1000 mg EPO per 2 caps. Andrew's has 500 mg EPO per 2 caps plus the black currant. I still take it but not every day. I also now take 1 of Andrew's Women's Wellness caps per day.  If the Private Passage is not working you might want to try his Women's Wellness.
